adchppgui without ADCH++

Written for ADCH++ GUI by Sulan on 2010-04-21

Im currently writing a core for adchppgui with PyQt4, since i'v had some troubles with ADCH++. For now it's working quite good, except i cant manage to get blom to work. If anyone is interested in testing this, let me know and ill provide you with a binary/source.
