Release notes 

This is the first 0.x release of bzr-automirror. It should be able to be installed using "python setup.py install" as well as by putting the source under ~/.bazaar/plugins/automirror. It has also been updated to use the proper hooks for use on a smart server and the proper metadata structure for a Bazaar plugin.
