* Announce TFS changeset numbers in 'bzr log' output.
* Handles empty TFS repositories.
* Creates a mapping for revision ids. This is a BACKWARDS-INCOMPATIBLE change that invalidates existing imported branches.
* Adds in plumbing required by Bazaar testing infrastructure.
