  * Cherry-pick revision 38 from lp:cdts. Remove bluetooth/audio from
    whitelist temporarily, while the broken test gets rewritten.
  * Remove bluetooth/audio from whitelist. This test is broken due to
    http://pad.lv/1371720 and needs refactoring. Until that's ready,
    it's best not to point the whitelist to broken tests.
  * graphics: Add and remove tests to whitelists to match testing
    guide coverage
  * Refactoring of build-and-upload-tarballs.sh helper script - update
    of piglit ppa
  * start-testing.sh: Disable screensaver and auto-locking
  * "Work around whitelist_selection being required (by supplying a
    bogus value). The given value will not select any available
    whitelist, but satisfies checkbox-launcher's hunger for a regex.
    Note that this is incorrect behavior, and the present is just a
    workaround. The bad behavior is described in
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/checkbox-ng/+bug/1358355 and should be
    fixed at some point. Since things are broken *now*, the workaround
    may be an acceptable interim compromise.

  * Remove pci and smbios tests from whitelist. These tests are
    deprecated and no longer even supported by fwts.
  * Added dump tests and log attachments for firmware-advanced
  * Split known fwts tests into firmware and fwts-advanced whitelists;
    renamed fwts-advanced to firmware-advanced
  * Fixed and added links to documents in submission. - CDTS link was
    wrong. - Added Mobile Broadband and System Integration testing
    guides.
  * Added fwts-advanced whitelist. This whitelist will run all tests
    known by the fwts script (as listed by fwts_test --list) and
    record a log for each test. All logs are then added as attachments
    to the submission for later review.
