CowLog 1.1 released

Written for CowLog by Matti Pastell on 2009-12-22

The program has been completely rewritten from 1.0 and implements only a few new features and bug fixes. However, the new code base enables implementing new features, such as project configuration, in future versions. Additionally this is the first release that operates in Linux, Mac and Windows because MPlayer is now controlled with Python.
