aptitude (0.7.5-3) unstable; urgency=low
* Cherry pick and apply modified bc3b0246 to only initialise cache file
if needed (lazy init.) instead of unconditionally when starting
aptitude, and use cache file for downloaded metadata if the file could
be created (Closes: #807852)
