cpulimit (2.7-1) experimental; urgency=medium
* Import upstream version 2.7.
* Explicitly depend on grep for the 'help' test in debian/tests/control.
* Update years of packaging copyright.
* Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.5.1.
* Bump debhelper-compat to 13.
* Add an empty override_dh_auto_test to debian/rules
as there are no tests.
* Upload to experimental as Debian is in hard freeze.
