  * adapt patches to apply to the new release
  * refresh patches to apply cleanly
  * rules: drop -std and -fno-delete-null-pointer-checks from
    DEB_CXXFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND
  * drop ddeb-migration parameters of dh_strip
