  [ Dmitry Shachnev ]
  * Add apport hook (taken from Ubuntu).
  * Backport upstream patch to fix building with gweather 3.9.2 and
    newer versions.
  * Move gnome-screensaver from Depends to Recommends (thanks to
    Alberts Muktupāvels).
  * Drop obsolete breaks on pre-squeeze versions of gnome-session and
    gnome-power-manager.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5, no changes needed.

  * Bump libgweather b-d to ensure we build against the new soname.
