  * Mercurial snapshot, fixing the following security issues:
    - ReadJP2Image(): validate that file header is a format we expect Jasper
      to decode,
    - MSLPushImage(): only clone attributes if not null,
    - SVGStartElement(): reject impossibly small bounds and view_box width
      or height.
