  * d/salsa-ci.yml: Add CI configuration for salsa.debian.org
  * d/control: Use my debian.org email in Uploaders field
  * Remove perf wrappers, as linux-perf now provides an unversioned perf
    command (Closes: #983314, #990165)
    - d/control: Add versioned Breaks on linux-perf to avoid leaving users
      with no perf command
  * linux-version: Skip detached signature files when listing kernels
    (Closes: #906873)
