  * Fixes a crash when highlight all is enabled and the document is refreshed.
  * Fixes problems with highlight all and find next.
  * Adds a setting to select the screen used in the presentation view.
  * Adds a setting to synchronize main view and presentation view.
  * Adds a 'Two pages with cover page' layout mode.
  * Adds delayed pop-up menu for 'recently used' to 'open (in new tab)' tool bar
    action.
  * Adds Brazilian Portuguese translation. Thanks to Phillipe Smith.
  * Updated Slovak translation. Thanks to DAG Software.
