simgrid (3.23+dfsg2-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release (The Exotic Solstice Release)
    - Support for Solaris and Haiku OSes. Just for fun :)
    - SMPI: more of MPI3.1; some MPI/IO and async collectives.
    - Python bindings can now be installed from pip.
    - (+ many many bug fixes and internal refactorings)
  * Disable simgrid-doc: upstream only provide the online version.
  * Bump dh compat to 12.
