  * Fixed lintian warnings
    - Add build-arch, build-indep
    - Do not install /usr/share/info/dir.gz
  * Bump standard to 3.9.2
  * Refreshed autoreconf
  * Since we refresh config.sub and config.guess at each run,
    build-depend on autotools-dev
  * Bumb debhelper to 8 : use ${misc:Depends} ; use dh_prep
  * Remove libsnmpkit.la
