* new upstream release
- update miniupnp scripts (closes: #539098)
* debian/patches: drop miniupnp patch (see above: fixed upstream)
* debian/watch: remove old dfsg mangle, check only bz2 (upstream
stopped using gz and is using only bz2/lzma)
* debian/control: bump policy to 3.8.3 (no changes)
* debian/README.source: added to shut lintian up
