* new upstream release
- fixes UTF-8 string truncation (closes: #547423)
* debian/watch: mangle the "b[0-9]+" suffix, used sometimes to mark
beta versions. Should avoid DEHS thinking there's a new release.
* debian/lintian: add comments to the overrides
