* QA upload.

* IMPORTANT NOTICE: created debian/README.source to explain about new

* Migrated Deb-Src to 3.0 format.
* Using new DH level format. Consequently:
- debian/compat: removed.
- debian/control: changed from 'debhelper' to 'debhelper-compat' in
Build-Depends field and bumped level to 12.

- Added ${misc:Depends} variable to Depends field.
