Change logs for sqliteodbc source package in Lenny

sqliteodbc (0.70-3) unstable; urgency=low


  * configure.in: link directly against libodbcinst rather than using dlopen
 	(Closes: #398605)
  * re-run autoconf
  * build sqlite3 lib by simply build-depending on it (no need for confiure flags)
