Java WebStart support removed

Recent Oracle Java updates disabled Java WebStart applications with self-signed certificates by default. Since this option was not much used anyway, and it doesn't work now in the default configuration at all, there was no point in keeping it around. I have removed the option to start Esmska via Java WebStart.
