This milestone marks the completion of the initial goals for Falcon. There will be backwards-compatible releases in the 1.0 series for fixes, but not much features will be added in this branch.

  * Fixed up debian/*
  * Made makefile work without debian/* present
  * Add falcon.local, a testing utility for devel testing
  * Don't overwrite unchanged files, saving on sync time
  * Unify documentation in a single .tex file. Ship compiled documentation so
    tetex isn't a build-time dependency
  * Template dir is now configurable
  * This is 1.0
