Evolution of GCstar

The upstream repo that were used for GCstar closed in May 2017. Development continued on https://gitlab.com/Kerenoc/GCstar/tree/Test, the master branch being left at the latest commit on SVN by Tian. If the current Test branch is ok, it could be the base for a 1.8.0 version on master, to feed this Launchpad repo.
