HoloPy 3.0 "Yuri"

HoloPy 3.0 includes enhancements to the fitting infrastructure, including support for fitting to arbitrary scattering models based on the Discrete Dipole Approximation and fitting to random subsets of holograms. This release also focuses on simplifying the codebase by removing dependencies on legacy python libraries such as NMPFIT and tifffile in favor of modern libraries with equivalent or enhanced functionality.
