Release notes
The following fixes were done in this release:
- Use a bucket per image, since Eucalyptus supports 5GB per bucket at most by default
- Use the prefix option to shorten the manifest names, because the UI breaks badly with long image names
- Fix an incorrect reference to an eri rather than emi during bundling, which was breaking the running of instances.
