v1.3 released

Written for IPTables Bandwidth Monitor by SoftCoder on 2009-05-23

A new updated has been release to fix a minor bug reported by a user relating to the html output reporting of IP Address and Host name.

Added new command-line options (of which one now satisfies Bug #379311)

New command-line options are:

flags=morehostinfo_append - append hostname to IP Address
flags=hostname_only - display ONLY the hostname
