0.5 beta release

Compared to 0.5 Alpha 1, this version fixes a ton of bugs, including all the ones which are currently selected as blockers for the final 0.5 release. It does not have new features.

This is the first preview of the upcoming 0.5 release which focuses on a large design overhaul to improve portability, support for printer detection, printer drivers from openprinting.org, a D-BUS interface for driver lookup for desktop applications, and a refurbished GTK user interface.

The spirit of this release is to enable working with third-party driver packages and remote driver databases.
* Implements an XML-RPC client for querying a driver database, as specified on this year's LinuxFoundation Collaboration Summit. There is no server implementation for this yet, though.
* Add general support for third-party repositories and packages not yet known to the local system. In the course of this, the functionality of DriverPackageHa

* Add support for python-coverage in the test suite, and add a lot of missing tests.
0.3.3 bug fix release

0.3.3 fixes some grave bugs in the KDE user interface, a handful of other crashes and bugs, and has a much improved test suite which will now check the validity of all shipped custom handlers (including the example ones).
