JohnJohn 1.13 "zoom, zoom, zoom"

Zoom code was pretty broken, now much improved I think.

Add MapperOptions object to manage a bunch of options.

These are changed using a Form(), which takes a bunch of items out of the
menu, which was hitting the Series 60 limit of 30 items.

This change should make it easier to save/restore options between sessions.

Key bindings changed so that 3 now brings up the options menu.
