OONet Library 0.x series
This the first series, it will have many API breakages, but it will provide stable releases.
As the version increment, API will stabilize too, reaching effectivly version 1.0!
Don't except bugs to releases to be fixed, but it will be fixed in next releases. The 0.x series will have a fast development cycle,
there will be a release after some major milestones get complete and the code seems stable. Although there will be releases
those releases will be unsupported, so that development doesn't slow down.
