A laser lightshow controller.
This software produces vector output from collections of frames and abstract beam effects via suitable DAC hardware to ILDA drive standard show laser equipment.
Lucifer provides for real time interactive control of laser show hardware, IO drivers are via loadable modules and the architecture is designed to be easily expanded to provide new effects or frame sources.
It is intended to also support DMX512 (Via Art net), midi (Both for interactive control and for MSC/MTC), audio and some GPIO cards to provide ways to interact with the software via hardware interfaces.
At present it does not provide a time line based interface, but that is planned once I have the basic system up and running.
The code is in bzr, and is very much a work in progress at this time, cmake is used to generate the make files and QT is used for the user interface.
