[Release] Mai App 0.2.0 "Pre-release"

To solve problems relating bug lp:413092 we released a special "Pre-release" version in the App 0.2 series. This release will replace the old 0.1 releases which are not anymore supported. In this release we removed Mai Manager and added manual install notes instead.
This release is not a real release and due to that not every part is stable and fully tested. Talking to Mai could result in errors, please report every bug found at https:/
Please note that we did not release a new version of Mai Lib. The old 0.1.1 release will be used as "current stable release" until the release of Mai Lib 0.2.1.
