[Info] Start of Mai App project

Written for Mai App by Wouter Bulten on 2009-09-15

Now the name of the project is renamed from 'mai' to 'mai-app' we can start with this new project. Mai App will contain all the Mai algoritms and will be a part of the Mai Project.
