[Info] Start of Mai Lib project

Today the start of the Mai Lib project is a fact. Previously Mai Lib was part of a single project, now it is a standalone project. Of course Mai Lib is still a part of the Mai Project.
Releases and files are transfered. Commits, bugs and blueprints are not transferred to this new project.
