Release notes 

Fixed several bugs in MGM/J shown by the testsuite (although several still remain).
Added example program to build.
Modified API a little to work with old MGM/J code in some places.
Added typemap for length int,int* used to pass in node lists.
Patched swig to suppress warnings about unused constructors in enum constructors.
