Release notes 

Moved MGM listeners to C++
Added new libmgmpp library with some of the wrapping and all of the events and listeners
Fixed build system to deal with libmgmpp
Stopped swig from copying eswig to swig every time, since we depend on that now
Made events work at least partially in Python (still a weird bug, though)

      Moved the listeners code into C++ so we can use it from all the languages.
      Added a pollEvents() method which just fires event handlers.
      Split out some of the code into pure C++ lib mgmpp. With some more work, this can perhaps become a full c++ wrapper for MGM API.
