Release version 0.12 marks the end of transition to GitHub

With release of version 0.12 the transition to GitHub is now completed. The Launchpad project site will stay active for questions and answers and the code section mirrors the GitHub repository.

What else is part of the 0.12 release can be read on https://github.com/nfcpy/nfcpy/releases/tag/v0.12.0. The most notable change, least for the maintainer, is the begin of a code split into separate projects. This started with externalisation of NDEF decoding/encoding in https://github.com/nfcpy/ndeflib, which is now an install dependency and, for a limited time, will live alongside the original nfc.ndef submodule. Planned to follow are some of the examples that have grown to much. And finally it should be lot easier to make the core nfcpy stack ready for Python 3.
