NPWatcher 1.1.0.0 released.

NPWatcher 1.1.0.0 has been released. This is a compulsory upgrade. Any bugs can be reported to https://bugs.launchpad.net/npwatcher/ .

This release brings numerous bug fixes and a selection of new features:
- Patrolled edits now supported
- Admins and bots can be excluded from the list maker
- Settings between executions of the program are saved
- The "issue marking" system has been totally revamped thanks to Martijn Hoekstra, now using checkboxes to select multiple issues and supporting Template:Articleissues. This brings with it a massive speedup when marking a page for multiple issues.
