1.8.2 (wow-look-at-when-we-last-updated) release from the trunk series released

Release notes:

PHPwnage 1.8.2
While primarily a "wow, we haven't updated in a while, we should do something about that" release, 1.8.2 also brings a few new updates such as more theming support, a new theme from our sister-project (Greeble), and some MySQL changes that make things a bit smoother.

Warning: Please note that the installer has not been given much of any testing and may be horrible broken. We really don't know. If you're brave, try it out.

Note to Upgraders: If you're upgrading from 1.8 or 1.8bf1 or any other 1.8 release, you need to run 'fix_ims.php' in your browser. This may not work perfectly, but hey, we tried to allow for upgrades.

1.8b2 (Beta 2) release from the trunk series released

Beta 2 brings a massive list of new features:
- Icons on buttons
- Actual attribution to the Tango Desktop Project (sorry for being so late, guys)
- Theming for the forum, as well as everything else
- New moderator functions: Split and sink topics
- Quickly edit your posts with Quick Edit
- Preview boxes are now divs and not iframes
- Fixed quite a few installer bugs that were present in beta 1
- Mobile page has been completely rewritten and now includes a rough forum
- ReCAPTCHA integration
- And much more that I can't list here because I forgot about it.

Release notes:

Lots of fixes here:
1. Polls are now handled such that you can have any number of options
2. Themes are handled by profiles, not by a cookie
3. Security fixes
4. (almost) everything is XHTML compliant now
5. Various installer fixes
6. Theme fixes
7. Works better with other browsers

This is a beta! I'm not providing an upgrade script at this time. Wait for the finally or manually edit your SQL tables. The beta itself will be supported with a SQL updater to the final when the time comes (should any new SQL elements be added).

First true stable release of PHPwnage. Note that the files here in are not technically released under the GPLv3. 1.8 will be the first version to include the proper headers and other necessary items for a legitimate release under the GPL.
