Exiv2 0.20 released

Exiv2 0.20 was released yesterday (see announcement at http://exiv2.org/whatsnew.html), and I was happy to verify that pyexiv2's trunk compiles and passes all its unit tests out-of-the-box against this latest version. Upcoming windows builds will likely be compiled against it.
