I'm pleased to announce that you can now find pyGtkPlot in my PPA "The Nest of Heliopolis" at Launchpad. You can reach it from my personal page @ Launchpad or from https://launchpad.net/~phoenix1987/+archive/ppa. To add it to your apt source list just type "sudo apt-add-repository ppa:phoenix1987/ppa" into a terminal and update aptitude with "sudo apt-get update". To install pyGtkPlot, simply type "sudo apt-get install pygtkplot" and you're done.
