Revivalism Fonts with-della-respira-samples series

This branch contains the source code in .SFD form with bitmap background images of the original ATF glyphs embedded. The images are my own scans of the 1934 ATF specimen book, supplemented with some lower-resolution images from the Internet Archive's scans of other editions (e.g., 1912: http://www.archive.org/details/americanspecimen00amerrich ) used only as letterspacing refernces.
