Email subscription for individual packages

As promised, all packages on REVU now have a nice "Subscribe" link (at the top-right of the details page) which, if you click on it, will cause all comments and uploads done for that source package to be send to you. Additionally, a "Get notifications for all my uploads" option is also available.
