1. Better integration with bzr
When bzr is not installed, a message is emited stating that bzr was not found.
This message is relevant when the user has a project under versioning with bzr, but
absolutely irrelevant otherwise. It was decided to emit the error message anyway, since
it is useful when the user is versioning with bzr but, for whatever reason, the project is
built on another box, which then fails to create a release package.
2. Release of old bugfixes
Some old fixes were available and working well, but setuptoolsbzr was never released.
3. Clearing old bugs
Old bugs were simply closed.
