Stable version 1.2.2 released

SFLphone 1.2.2 has been released. It fixes an issue with the tarball of SFLphone 1.2.1, which was erroneously missing iLBC files, but otherwise no new features or bugfixes have been added. We recommend no one use or ship SFLphone 1.2.1, but use this version instead.
