Release 0.95 and move to Github

A new version 0.95 is there which removes most of the outdated Gnome2 (but not yet GTK2) dependencies (see changelog for details). At the same time, we happily announce that the move to Github is now complete so this Launchpad project won't be maintained anymore. Code and bug tracker are now available at https://github.com/shutter-project We also updated the Website which can still be found at https://shutter-project.org/
