New dev-snapshot available - reenables Shoutcast directory

There is a new development build (based on revision 76) available for testing purposes.
Nearly all work for the 0.4.1 release is done. So you can consider this as a 0.4.1 preview build.
The Shoutcast directory has been fixed in this release.
Please test and report bugs :)
