Version of Transport Vehicles management for Open ERP 5.0

Updated release of module group/series for vehicle management are available now for Open ERP 5.0.x.
Consists of two modules:
    * tr_vehicles - base module holds basic information about vehicle and it's registration;
    * tr_vehicles_insurance - manages insurance contracts and their expiry;

It is available for Tiny ERP 4.2.x. and Open ERP 5.0.x., which are functionally identical.

We are pleased to announce the first release of module group/series for vehicle management.
Consists of two modules:
    * tr_vehicles - base module holds basic information about vehicle and it's registration;
    * tr_vehicles_insurance - manages insurance contracts and their expiry;

For now it is available only for Tiny ERP 4.2.x. Release for Open ERP 5.0 is expected in a couple of weeks.
