Change logs for policykit-1 source package in 14.09

policykit-1 (0.105-4ubuntu2) trusty; urgency=medium

  * debian/patches/git_type_registration.patch:
    "Use GOnce for interface type registration. Static local variable may not
     be enough since it doesn't provide locking."
     That should fix some frequent udisks segfaults issues (lp: #1236510)
