can't connect Yoroi to Ledger

I can't connect any crypto wallet to Ledger wallet. Am connected to Ledger Live with Ledger Nano S Plus, I sent coins to the Nano S Plus but cannot connect any wallet to the Nano S Plus.

HI, I did all the steps you suggested without result so I "run" Ledger live from AppImage from there I
connected my Ledger Nano S Plus. It connected and I was able to send some coins as a trial and it worked. I then tried to connect a Yoroi wallet to Ledger devise with Firefox extention which did not work then tried with Brave and then with Edge. I connected to my Ledger device on my mobile with Android, but cannot connect any browser wallet on my pc
