  * (Build-)Depends: ncoils
  * do not run tests parallel to get sensibly sorted output
  * Allow MPI oversubscription (as in phyml build since phyml caused
    problems inside build time tests)
    This is also not reliable - skip phyml test at all
    Closes: #906337
