* Switched to minimal rules file, to fix lintian warning
debian-rules-missing-recommended-target.
* Reformatted debian/copyright. Also fixes lintian pedantic check
copyright-refers-to-symlink-license.
* Add patch so the short form of the --persnickety is accepted.
