- Build depend on libselinux1-dev to get SELinux support

- Add and properly install dbus-foreground-console
+ debian/session.conf:
- Raise the service startup timeout from 25 to 60 seconds. It may be too
short on the live CD with too slow machines.
+ debian/patches/99_autoreconf.patch:
- Regenerate autotools generated files for the changes

* New upstream release, 1.0.0 aka "Blue Bird"
* debian/patches/01_no-fatal-warnings.patch:
+ Don't abort on fatal warnings now by default. This behaviour can be
controlled by the DBUS_FATAL_WARNINGS enviroment variable.
This will be set to upstream default again at some point so if you have
an application that prints a DBus warning get it fixed.
